Our cacao is easy to prepare as we package them in smaller chunks for your convenience.
Always remember never to 'cut' cacao with a knife as the Mayan culture believe this is cutting into the spirit of cacao. Instead, if you want smaller pieces just hit it with a pestle & mortar or even with a hammer.
This helps the cacao to separate naturally thus preserving the spiritual integrity of your cacao.
