When I first started EFT, I suffered with anxiety and felt my life was spiralling out of control. Going to social settings was often a real big challenge for me, this had a real impact on my life, and I felt like I was carrying a black cloud that wore heavy on me. 

I wasn't quite sure Eft would work for me ,but I kept an open mind and knew I needed support to get through the troubles I was having.

I sought out Colin at Happy Mind Happy You to help me through a very difficult time, I was struggling with anger, stress and anxiety related to a project I was managing. 

Right away Colin focused our EFT sessions on learnt behaviour and past traumas. 

He identified that the source of my anxiety originated from harsh punishment as a child and an acceptance of energy that wasn’t mine to bear.

I've dipped into EFT before but when Colin explained how it works and the benefits in such a beautiful way, it made me feel more open to doing it properly with him this time round. 

My first session clearly helped to start shifting some of my trapped energy, as I got quite emotional but it was like a release so I felt much lighter and clearer afterwards. It's amazing how fast it starts to work.

 I went to Colin for EFT as I was overthinking situations in my relationship and was causing arguments. 

I wasn’t sure what to expect in truth and I knew very little about EFT. 

Colin started by explaining the history and process around it, he made me feel very comfortable and started asking me questions about my life. 

We then started to find, what seems very minor things from the past but had big impacts on the way I was now looking at situations in my life. 

We then used EFT to “change” / “release” the way I viewed these events. After about 6 / 8 sessions I felt like a different man and so content in my relationship. 

I then started working with Colin in my professional life around goal setting and Law of Attraction over a year later and I am still working with him on a weekly bases. 

Above all this, I consider him a friend now and a key part to my professional and personal development.

In the last year I’ve turned my life around with the support of Colin Wyatt / Happy Mind, Happy You.

I was in a dark / low place and struggled to find joy and happiness in all areas of my life. I felt emotional and anxious all the time and was unhappy.
